This sample showcases my use of Articulate to create a learning experience for a fictional bank with the following fictional objectives:
Objectives:
- Deliver a customer experience designed to meet customer needs
- Provide a customer experience that improves brand perception
- Provide award-winning customer experiences
Assumptions:
- Learners will have prerequisite knowledge of product offerings
- The client would want an unlocked navigation
- Narration and visuals would be updated once course content was finalized
- The audience is multi-generational
If this was a longer deliverable for a client, I would have wanted to include more content about:
- collaboration between role types
- how brand perception affects the customer experience
- diversity of the workforce
- more support for the different attitudes of change.
- a separate quiz/mini-sim for each type of role.
- “adaptive” branching in the mini-sim scenario.
- more interactions that include feedback with growth mindset messaging.
Optimal path selections:
I have included the following optimal path through the module, but by using the Next button, you can by-pass any screens that are not included on the optimal path so you can view the entire project.
- Input screen (Role type): Customer-facing
- Attitude selection page (Radio button): This change is essential for the organization to succeed.
- Quiz Question 1: Welcome the couple and ask them about their family.
- Quiz Question 2: Debit card, 12-Month CD, Home Equity Loan
- Quiz Question 3: All 3 checkboxes
