With over twenty-five years of instructional design experience, I have worked on a wide variety of projects for clients including State Farm Insurance, The Cigna Group, Comcast, Exelon, Conifer Realty, The Economist, Life Technologies, Fannie Mae, Coca-Cola Bottling Co, Inc., Adobe, Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, Bridgestone, Northern Trust, Schering-Plough, National Oilwell Varco, In-N-Out Burger, and Carl Karcher Enterprises.
This array of clients has afforded me the extensive opportunity to develop and implement a diverse mixture of learning solutions and performance-based assessments through a variety of delivery methods. No matter the project, I have been able to apply my knowledge of instructional design and the needs of adult learners to create high-quality, instructionally sound courseware that meets or exceeds the goals and learning objectives of the client within prescribed deadlines and budget constraints. In my most previous full-time position as part of the Learning Research Design Team at Pearson, I combined my love of science with my passion for education to create efficacious learning.
